Ramdam is revolutionizing creator content delivery for advertising campaigns through AI.
Our platform for clients and mobile app for creators enables AI-driven brief generation, AI-creator scoring, and soon, AI-powered video feedback to ensure alignment with briefs.
Our vision: we do not believe AI avatars will replace real creators in advertising campaigns. However, we are convinced that the entire process should be fully managed and streamlined through AI, minimizing friction and optimizing performance.
We work with industry leaders (Voodoo, MWM, Allianz, Palmolive Colgate) and have seen explosive growth since launching a year ago. Our goal is to reach $100M in annual revenue by providing brands with top-performing creators videos without them having to manage any part of the process.
Role overview
As an Enterprise Sales/Business Developer at Ramdam, you will be pivotal in directly approaching and securing large-scale clients (spending over $10K/month) across creative agencies, media firms, app developers, and gaming industries worldwide. This role involves sourcing potential enterprise clients, initiating trials, and negotiating framework agreements to foster long-term business relationships. Your work will significantly impact our product enhancement through client feedback and partnership with our product and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Source and identify key contacts within creative and media agencies to initiate product trials and establish framework deals.
- Target Market Expansion: Proactively seek out major players in the app and gaming app industries for potential enterprise-level partnerships.
- Global Networking: Source contacts globally and establish partnerships with industry stakeholders and trade show organizers to increase our visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product and development teams to refine our offerings based on prospective client feedback.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Growth Manager to enhance all marketing materials and strategies to better align with enterprise client needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous sales experience in ad tech or mar tech is required. Existing contacts within creative agency networks will be considered an asset.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in both French and English, with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in diverse markets and geographies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze market trends and client needs to adapt strategies effectively.
- Passion for the Field: Keen interest in AI, advertising technology, marketing technology, and our specific product domains.
