Ramdam is revolutionizing creator content delivery for advertising campaigns through AI.
Our platform for clients and mobile app for creators enables AI-driven brief generation, AI-creator scoring, and soon, AI-powered video feedback to ensure alignment with briefs.
Our vision: we do not believe AI avatars will replace real creators in advertising campaigns. However, we are convinced that the entire process should be fully managed and streamlined through AI, minimizing friction and optimizing performance.
We work with industry leaders (Voodoo, MWM, Allianz, Palmolive Colgate) and have seen explosive growth since launching a year ago. Our goal is to reach $100M in annual revenue by providing brands with top-performing creators videos without them having to manage any part of the process.
Role overview
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager who is in the top 1% of their field—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of driving product strategy and execution within the B2B SaaS industry. As a strategic leader, you will work closely with our leadership and engineering teams to build and scale products that solve complex business problems for our clients.
You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, balancing high-level vision with meticulous execution. If you’re someone who can turn complex challenges into seamless product experiences while leading cross-functional teams with confidence and clarity, we want you onboard.
Responsibilities
- Implement the product leadership strategy for our SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and the needs of our B2B customers.
- Lead end-to-end product development from discovery and roadmap planning to release and post-launch iteration.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from users, stakeholders, and market data to ensure we are solving the right problems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product releases on time and within scope.
- Prioritize features and improvements based on data, customer feedback, and strategic alignment, ensuring that our product roadmap balances long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Own the product metrics, tracking performance post-launch and iterating based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Facilitate and organize Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring efficient and effective communication and process adherence.
- Ensure the product adheres to market, legal, and ethical standards, maintaining high integrity in all product features and practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in the B2B SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this space.
- A track record of owning and driving the product lifecycle in a complex SaaS environment, from discovery to delivery.
- Expertise in gathering customer insights and translating them into actionable product features and improvements.
- Strong experience in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders (engineering, design, marketing) and external customers.
